๐ Scope: PAN India (Regional and National Positions Open)
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks
โ๏ธ Achieve regional and national sales targets
โ๏ธ Strategize and implement sales plans and promotional activities
โ๏ธ Train and guide regional sales teams
โ๏ธ Monitor market trends and competitor activities
โ๏ธ Provide timely reports and performance analysis to management
๐ฏ Ideal Candidate Profile:

3โ10 years of experience in sales (FMCG / Electronics / Appliances preferred)
โ
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
โ
Willingness to travel across cities and states
โ
Graduate/MBA preferred
โ
Proven ability to build and scale sales operations
